my wife and child living here in Phuket could not visit me at all till my negetive result came 7hrs later they were playing in hotel pool i could see them out the window...Insanity.....but i made it...

Check with your hotel to be sure, but generally once you’ve got your first negative test result back then friends can join you. I do not know what rules are in place for day 5 tests.
