Which banks in Pattaya offer friendly service for opening a second account?
Anybody know of friendly bank managers in the Pattaya area. I am looking to open a second bank account.

I opened one with no issues at kasikorn central festival. I’m on a retirement visa. 1000 minimum deposit and 400 debit card. No insurance was offered or mentioned.
