ORIGINAL POSTER
So I have 1 year marriage visa.

Recently I left Thailand with re-entry permit and have returned back to Thailand.

Do I need to notify immigration? Or do I just need to do the 90 day check-in, after 90 days?

TLDR : Answer Summary
After re-entering Thailand with a re-entry permit on your one-year marriage visa, you generally do not need to notify immigration immediately. However, you must complete your 90-day check-in, which resets to day one upon your return. Additionally, depending on the local immigration office, you may need to file a new TM30 report.
