I have a marriage visa now. In about a year I will get it renew/extended.

What are the financial requirements? 400K for how long? Has to be shown to come from international deposit?

What about monthly income? I have to show monthly deposits in what about? for the whole year?

TLDR : Answer Summary
To renew your marriage visa in Thailand, you need to meet financial requirements which include having 400,000 THB in your bank account for at least two months prior to application. Alternatively, you can also provide proof of a monthly income of 40,000 THB through international bank transfers for a total of 12 months. Note that this 400k requirement may not be necessary if you are applying from certain countries for a one-year multiple entry visa.

if you apply outside Thailand in some countries you can get a one year multiple visa based on marriage without the 400k requirement

Two options. Banked money. 400k two months prior. No need to show from abroad.

12 x Monthly international transfers 40k

Sorry forgot if you are working in Thailand with a work permit you can show over 40k income per month.

Check rules here. Phuket office but most will be similar.

As I read that, the 40K/month is only valid for people with work permit, working in Thailand?

40k and over salary per month if working. 40k in international transfers per month if not.
