TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring whether it is too soon to apply for an extension of their 60-day Tourist Visa which expires on August 6, and is also looking for the most current link to the extension form.
if you are applying for extension (on tourist visa), some immigration ask for proof of address, hotel, accommodation, if staying with friend's house). without proof, they will not let you extend your permission of stay (i know someone that was refused in Korat)
Most immigration offices you can apply for Extension of Stay 30 days before the last Admitted to Stay, Bangkok and Chang Mai it is 45 days and if busy Pattaya only do this 15 days before.
