I booked my hotel in Phuket for 1 week

I made sure that the hotel is SHA+.

Are they suppose to provide me any kind of certificate?  Do I need to do anything special other then pay for the rooom?

I sent the hotel a few e.maiils but they dont respond

The hotel needs to be pre paid, and the hotel needs to send you a receipt showing payment. The PCR tests need to be prepaid. Your I surance needs to be pre paid.

All this has to be complete before starting the Thai Pass process.

I actually don't know about length of stays etc, because I am visa exempt, and usually don't do Thailand for more than 3 weeks at a time before flying somewhere else anyway.

I did the same thing and had to change my flight because the hotel did not not provide the necessary proof of prepayment for my covid test test. This was for the test and go program. I would suggest that you go to the airline desk and ask them the day or two in advance since they are the ones responsible for ensuring compliance.

Make sure it’s SHA Plus + not SHA+ . But nothing needed just proof of the reservation when you upload to Thai pass , probably helps if the reservation mentions it.

I did book Agoda.. I tried to book through the hotel directly but they were having problems with processing credit cards, and answer the phone, and responding to e.mails.
