I goofed. I entered Thailand about 92 days ago. I am on a retirement visa and I forgot to do my 90 day check in. I just went down the condo office and they told me they don't do that anymore.
A) How much of a problem is it, that I am a few days late
B) What do I need to bring with me to immigration office. I own the condo, do I bring the house book? deed?
C) Can this be done online? Got links?
PS, I use Pattaya's immigration office.

TLDR : Answer Summary
You have a grace period of up to 7 days past your due date to file your 90-day check-in, and you can complete this in person at the immigration office in Pattaya. You cannot do it online. Make sure to bring your passport, including a copy of the data page and entry stamp, as well as the TM47 form. Since you own your condo, ensure that a TM30 form is filed for you by the condo management or do it yourself online. If you're a few days late, it should be a minor issue, usually resulting in a small fine.

yes but noone is wrong. Everyone makes mistakes and everyone can forget something. We can not say anyone is wrong. Anyway, he in this post must take responsibility of this. Not you or me or anyone else here. There is nothing wrong with him. He just need to find the way out. That is all. Not reporting of 90 days is not a serious crime. Just file it and take some fines if needed. that is all.
Yes, there are fines for being late with your 90-day report in Thailand; a standard fine of 2,000 Baht is applied if the report is submitted more than 7 days late, and this can increase to a 5,000 Baht fine if the foreigner is arrested for the violation. You have a reporting window of 15 days before and 7 days after your due date to submit the report.
Not true. In theory anyone can do a 90 day report for anyone else. Will be dependent on the office they use as to whether they will accept that though.
