I goofed. I entered Thailand about 92 days ago. I am on a retirement visa and I forgot to do my 90 day check in. I just went down the condo office and they told me they don't do that anymore.

A) How much of a problem is it, that I am a few days late

B) What do I need to bring with me to immigration office. I own the condo, do I bring the house book? deed?

C) Can this be done online? Got links?

PS, I use Pattaya's immigration office.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is late for their 90-day check-in for a retirement visa and is seeking guidance. Community members assure that being a few days late is generally manageable, typically allowing up to 7 days grace period. They suggest the user should visit the immigration office in Pattaya and prepare to pay a fine if necessary. It's also recommended to bring documents like a passport and to clarify whether the condo management has filed the required TM30 form. Online filing is not permitted for late check-ins; instead, a visit to the immigration office is required.

Stop spending so much time in the bars buy a calender highlight important days and a reminder on your fone at least two days before

Kevin is not wrong. That is just irresponsible or laziness of the original poster.

@Stan *****
yes but noone is wrong. Everyone makes mistakes and everyone can forget something. We can not say anyone is wrong. Anyway, he in this post must take responsibility of this. Not you or me or anyone else here. There is nothing wrong with him. He just need to find the way out. That is all. Not reporting of 90 days is not a serious crime. Just file it and take some fines if needed. that is all.

If you have a smart phone you might think of using the calender/diary feature they all have to set reminders of significant dates to make life easier

@Bob ****
No fine to pay (yet).
Stuart *********
Well the good news is that you have up to 7 days past the due date to file in person. You can’t do it online.

Have the condo management filed a TM30 for you? If not then do it yourself via the online system.
*******************************

Then visit the immigration office to file. You’ll probably need to fill out form TM47 and copies of your passport data page and entry stamp.
Pelle **********
No problem just pay the fine and do the report online or go to immigration
Graham ******
@Pelle *********
There is no fine if the report is done in person up to 7 days late
Pelle **********
@Graham *****
Yes, there are fines for being late with your 90-day report in Thailand; a standard fine of 2,000 Baht is applied if the report is submitted more than 7 days late, and this can increase to a 5,000 Baht fine if the foreigner is arrested for the violation. You have a reporting window of 15 days before and 7 days after your due date to submit the report.
Richard ********
@Pelle *********
no.

It becomes 4,000 baht plus 200 for each day.

Naturally subject to the whims and weather on the day.
Graham ******
@Richard *******
It is a fine of 2000B whether 8 days late or 8 months late unless arrested for something and found to be in non-compliance.

@Graham *****

Can do 14 days early 7 days late no problem
Robert *****
No problem. If you own the condo just do it online. If not then the owner must do it for you. They cannot say no. It's the law.
Benjamin *********
@Robert ****
how to do online please ?
Joe ******
@Robert ****
on line only possible if you have done at least one at the office.
Stuart *********
@Robert ****
They can’t. It’s past the due date.
Daryl *****
@Stuart ********
Can do 14 days early 7 days late no problem
Ruud ******************
@Stuart ********
90 days you have to do by yourself and not the owner of the condo
Stuart *********
@Ruud *****************
Not true. In theory anyone can do a 90 day report for anyone else. Will be dependent on the office they use as to whether they will accept that though.
Ruud ******************
@Stuart ********
I react om Robert ott, he is saying the owner must do it…….
Robert *****
@Stuart ********
7 day grace period
Nick **********
@Robert ****
7 day grace period is NOT for submitting online
Stuart *********
@Robert ****
Yes. If filing in person.
