If their quota is full then there's not much you can do. They need to employ 4 thais for every 1 forigner. Only way to hire another foreigner is to hire 4 more thais.

Everytime you enter Thailand, you'll be stamped in for 1 year. If you don't leave the country for 1 year, you need to apply for a 1 year in country extension. If you leave the country and reenter once a year, you never have to do yearly extensions.

1. VOA's cannot be extended, however they can still apply for an extension, be denied, and get the 7 day extension denied stamp.

2. Immigration officer doesn't decide if you get blacklisted or not. Blacklisting is a legal processes.

3 Tourist visas are for 60 days, not 30
