I have questions to ask. I will be travelling to thailand on Dec 26 for 1 week. I'm holding a visa exempt passport. How much show money am i required to have? And do i need to fill up any forms during arrival at thai airport?

Hello all , when I had a months holiday in Thailand ( 2018 ) on board the flight you had to fill in a form for your name , destination etc , is this still the case when holidaying in Thailand for 2 months ? Thank you for your time .

FYI. This article mentioned TM6 for land and sea border entry. Not by air.

Hello, I'm planning to apply for 30 days extension on my travel visa. I noticed that on the tm7 form, there is a field for TM 6 form No. but I never had to fill this in at the airport and I was let through without any questions. How can I solve this issue? also please let me know if there are any tips or guides online to help smooth out my extension process. I'm mainly doing it to switch over to non-ed visa with my university as they said I needed 1 more month of time for it.

I am going to renew my non- immigrant O visa for retirement tomorrow and I just noticed that my tm6 is missing. Can anyone provide advice?

Just an update today was my first border bounce with my multiple entry Non O married to a Thai visa , left from Saraburi 430 am this morning and arrived at Chong Chom at 9am solid 4and a half hrs drive 😪 got stamped out went over got my cambodian visa went to the o - Machi duty-free then went and got stamped out of Cambodia, went to the border gate filled out the TM6 form handed it with passport guy asked me if my address was correct and I replied yes it's my wifes mother's house we live there my wife was also with me , got stamped back in for another 3 months easy as , then it was the long drive back took 5 hrs getting back because of traffic now enjoying a well earned beer 🍺. Searched the group posts, group files, and googled for a new TM7 without the "Arrived by (mode of transportation)" section since there is no need for a TM6 now. I assume this is still a temporary thing hence no updated TM7 form.

I actually left the country this year so the TM6 info I've included for many years is no longer valid.

Should I just put the info I have which is flight number, arriving from info, date, and the airline, or should I leave it all blank?

Thailand canceled TM6 Arrival/Departure cards in the airports but not at the land border crossings.

If one arrives in Thailand by air without getting TM6 form, how could he/she exit Thailand by land without Departure card required at the land border crossing?

We are going back to Thailand to visit family & I was intending to extend my 30 day Visa ‘exemption’ for an additional 27-30 days. I did this last year without any difficulties & Im hoping for the same experience this year!

Have noticed recently that a lot of articles state that the TM6 (Arrival/ Departure Card) is not used anymore when entering the Kingdom???

Is this correct & if so, is there other/ new documentation required to be submitted for the extension application?
