You don't need to update your TM30 if you haven't moved. Just bring the printout.

Non-OA an the STV are the only visas that require health insurance, that's different than Covid insurance. Everyone entering Thailand requires Covid health insurance, reguardless of their visa.

I'd just go to CW and try and get the PE visa stamped yourself, elite customer service is just a bunch of sales agents.

If you reach out to your hotel they should refund you, they've been pretty good about handing refunds with the changing policies.

You'd need to apply for a 90 day Non-O in country first, and yes you can do it.

Private businesses set their own requirements, there's no law requiring you to he vaccinated to use a gym.

Is it better to apply for a visa before traveling to Thailand or use the visa on arrival option?

Garrett ***********

Based on your profile I'll assume you're an Indian passport holder. If you choose a visa on arrival, the cost is 2000 baht and only valid for 15 days, and you cannot extend that in Thailand.

If the Thai embassy in ND is up and running, I'd try and get a single entry tourist visa (good for 60 days) before you come.
