I am an Indian passport holder, who works for a US company and currently waiting for my US visa renewal (don't know how many months it will take for that to go through).
Meanwhile, I am planning to get Thai DTV visa, so I can live and work from Thailand.
I am going to be in Vietnam for 2 months starting January and would like to apply for Thai DTV visa from there. For those who have gone through the process in Vietnam, would really appreciate if you can help answer these questions...
1. At any point during the visa process, do you have to visit the Thai embassy/consulate in Hanoi or HCMC?
2. Does it matter if I apply via Hanoi or HCMC?
3. I will be in HCMC first, then go to Da Nang and finally to Hanoi. I can spend 2-4 weeks in each city if needed. If I apply for DTV while in HCMC, and then move to Da Nang after a week, will it be an issue for DTV processing? This assumes that DTV is still in process after a week.
4. Similarly, if I apply for DTV while in Da Nang, but then move to Hanoi, will be in an issue for DTV processing?

I would like to get to Chiang Mai first, find what I like and train at that gym and find a condo.
I am an Indian passport holder looking to apply for a 60-day tourist Visa for Thailand. Local travel agents have no idea and experience regarding this as most people only opt for 15 day express visa on arrival.
Can anyone guide me regarding this? Or maybe any travel agents who can help applying.
Hello - does anybody know if an Indian passport holder can get a 30 day visa extension on a 60 day tourist visa, or only 7 days? Reading conflicting information online. Thank you so much 🙏
Hello, I'm an Indian passport holder currently staying in Thailand on a visa on arrival of 15 days for tourism purposes and i would like to extend my Thailand's Visa on arrival by 7 days so what documents do i need to submit to get the visa extension as well as where do i need to go to extend my visa in bangkok?
Hi, I am traveling to Thailand on 1st May 2022 with my wife.
Wanted to understand the visa application process, is tourist visa on arrival easy and without complications? Or should I prefer getting a visa before my travel?
We have our passports, hotel booking, return tickets, and other things required for a visa.
My son is about to finish his quarantine. He has asked the asq to provide him details about TM30 done by the hotel. They are not sharing it with him giving some weird reasons. Once he's out, he'll stay with us in condo. We'll do his TM30 through our landlord.
Q1. If he does not get details from hotel about TM30 , will it matter when he goes for visa extension?
His 60 days tourist visa will expire on July 24th. He has a return ticket on August 15th when he definitely wants to leave.
Q2. Can he directly apply for covid extension?
Q3. Being Indian passport holder, can he get 30days tourist visa extension currently?(prior to pandemic, it was only 8 days)
