Everyone entering the country needs 20k baht or the equivalent currency in cash. It's rarely asked for, but it is a requirment and it's the most common reason for refused entry.
Law requires a TM30 to be submitted for every forigner in Thailand staying at any address more than 24 hours, within 24 hours of their arrival reguardless of immigration or property status (even if you own the house, you need to submit a tm30 within 24 hours).
I asked because his question didn't make sense. I'm a moderator here because I created this group 3 years ago. As for your question, you told a member that asked a rather simple question that you "PMed" them, and I asked why. It is a violation of the group rules to solicit services from members here and myself along with the moderation team works hard to mitigate spam and agents soliciting services from people. You answered that you wanted to write him in German, and that was that. What more did you want me to say? Do I need to spend 15 minutes out of my day every single time to explain why my life works the way that it works? I have shit to do, a lot of it. Sorry that's not good enough for you, if you'd like I can send you a paypal link, you can buy and hour of my time and I'll tell you anything you want to know.
Overstays under 72 hours don't prohibit you from obtaining the elite visa. 73 hours you probably won't be approved, depends which side of 3 days you're on.
