When a visa application is approved, what is the length of the window for entry to activate the visa? Is this window the same for all applied for visas? If no, are there specific windows for the DTV and Non O/Retirement? Thank you.

If you enter on a Non O visa single entry, can you leave Thailand while you are waiting to process the 12 month extension for retirement?

Hi guys I will be moving to Thailand with my thai wife next year on 90 day NON O visa for marriage we have a house in Thailand in my wife's name with a blue book my question is does my wife have to fill in a TM30 form on my behalf and do I need that to get a certificate of residency so I can open a bank account

Non 0 multi entry marriage visa.

Need a bit of help. I work 28/28 day rotation and need a bit of help with the new Non 0 EVISA.

Previously I was able to turn my non 0 into a multi entry easily now I have been told with the new EVISA you need to stay in thailand for 60day cooling period before you can change to multi entry.

Unfortunately I can not do that due to leaving for work after 28days in country.

Does anyone know a way to change the non 0 to multi entry after onky being 28days in thailand

I have a Non O visa. Can you spread your 800,000 deposit between two different banks ie so 400k in each?
