Update: my real estate provided all the documents I needed and I was able to go to immigration (udon thani) and file it myself. They glanced over the documents and just added a new 90 day report to my passport. In and out in less than 10 mins.

Hi folks, just did my first re-entry into Suvarnabhumi from Sydney. No problems at all, no questions, just stamped and on my way. One question I have however is, ive heard i have to have my tm30 filed again. Is that true? I'm still at the same address. And is there anything else in regards to immigration that i need to do since ive re-entered?

At which point should a TM30 be filed (Pattaya), for a visa exempt tourist that will convert to a retirement visa.

Another post mentioned that Pattaya immigration was not asking for it.

My concern is when the retirement visa application get submitted, there could be a problem or at the very least a fine if their system shows there is no tm30 on file for the CURRENT address; for which I have signed a contract this past Friday.
