Then you don't have a visa on arrival, you have a visa exempt entry. Meaning you entered exempt from needing a visa. Big difference.

November 26th is the last day to apply for it. And yes, you can apply for an extension up to 30-45 days (depending on the immigration office) before your stamp expires.
