Hi everyone….Is it correct that you can submit your electronic arrival card declaration no more that 72 hours (3 days) before your estimated flight arrival time….?
That is the estimated arrival time on your air ticket..?
So if you arrive at 10 am on a Wednesday …..for example….you can submit it only after 10 am on the Sunday…?
Hi, I’m filling out the Digital Thailand Arrival Card (DTAC), but my passport only has a family name—no first name. The form won’t accept symbols like "-" and only allows letters. And filling in first name is compulsory. Has anyone dealt with this before or know what I should do? Any help is appreciated! Thank you.
Is it okay with the immigration officer if I show only a two-week hotel booking, even though I plan to stay in Thailand for 60 days starting this April 1? I want to find a better place in Phuket by walking in rather than booking online, and I will book the rest of my stay later when I arrive there.
I am flying back to Bangkok tomorrow. Do I need to show a return ticket if the airline asks for it? I already have my e-boarding pass, so I shouldn’t have to interact with them, but I just wanted to be sure.
In my recent experience a DTV isn't a guaranteed reentry into Thailand ( words from an IO)and IOs are asking to see proof that you do what you said you did on your original application. Doubt most people will be asked but i'm certainly going to have a print out of my original application next time. X (land border) 99 % of you toe rags will be fine, i'm just saying have a bit of proof with you as some of the IOs are jobsworths.
I woud like to ask if anyone has flown from BKK to Cambodia for a visa run/visit with AirAsia, and faced any issues for not having an eVisa. Asking because I've read on another group of a situation where a person has been denied boarding for not having the Cambodian eVisa, although it is well known you can get a VOA once arrived. Thanks!
I had my DTV approved in Vietnam on the 29th of November, 2024. I've been living back in Bangkok since the 4th of December. I'm flying to Bali tomorrow.
1. Is there anything to prepare for the flights in and out or easy enough with multi-entry good to go?
2. I suppose no need for any 90 day report stuff as I won't be in Thailand for this length of time?
