I am current on SMART T Visa (with a Thai company) and thinking to change to DTV as i want to leave the Thai company. I do have a remote job for the past 2 years already as well.

As i read, to apply DTV i need to apply from outside Thailand but i am already working in Thailand. Anyone has any advice/ Done something like this before. Any help is much appreciated, Thank you

If the husband is an American citizen and we are registered as married in Thailand, he wish to change from a tourist visa to a Non-O (Marriage) visa. I arrived in Thailand with tourist visa for 60 days and two weeks later I saw that I was approved for a DTV visa as a business owner. Now I need to leave Thailand and enter on a DTV visa. But the job want me to come with tourist visa first. I applied tourist visa in Vietnam but got rejected.

So my situation is that I am currently on a Marriage Visa that expires on the 07 December 2024, and I want to change it to a "Thai child visa".

I just got a few days ago my bank account with the sum of 400K THB... I know, I am late for that... :(

I am a bit confused as to what are my options now?

I heard that I could change my visa from "Marriage" to "Thai Child" without going out of Thailand, but will it work as I just got my bank account seasoned?

If they require to have the bank account seasoned 3 months before the 07 December, it won't work.

Or do I have to leave the country, ask for a 3 months tourist visa and then go to Chaeng Wattana in order to switch from tourist to Non-O Thai Child Visa? In order to give me the time to have the bank account seasoned properly.
