I arrived in Thailand with tourist visa for 60 days and two weeks later I saw that I was approved for a DTV visa as a business owner. Now I need to leave Thailand and enter on a DTV visa. Has anyone done this? Is it easy? Thank you very much for your help. I'm a little worried.😊

If I enter Thailand on an ED visa for studying Thai language and am subsequently accepted into a master’s program at a University, is it possible to apply for the necessary visa changes without leaving the country?

I was supposed to start my MBA in Bangkok next month but backed out due to personal reasons. Now I want to spend an extended amount of time “living” in the city to ensure I am truly willing to commit the next 2 years of my life to it. But the job want me to come with tourist visa first. I applied tourist visa in Vietnam but got rejected.

So my situation is that I am currently on a Marriage Visa that expires on the 07 December 2024, and I want to change it to a "Thai child visa".

I just got a few days ago my bank account with the sum of 400K THB... I know, I am late for that... :(

I am a bit confused as to what are my options now?

I heard that I could change my visa from "Marriage" to "Thai Child" without going out of Thailand, but will it work as I just got my bank account seasoned?

If they require to have the bank account seasoned 3 months before the 07 December, it won't work.

Or do I have to leave the country, ask for a 3 months tourist visa and then go to Chaeng Wattana in order to switch from tourist to Non-O Thai Child Visa? In order to give me the time to have the bank account seasoned properly.

Is it possible to change the DTV:visa from

"Remote Worker" to Soft Power or Digital Nomad once accepted?

- Starting with "Remote Worker" and then if possible to change to "Soft Power" activity

Or is it all the same after accepted DTV:visa?

- And is there a possibility of getting a work permit to Thailand with the DTV? (Soft power festival work?)
