thank you for your helpful reply. This is a new question.

It appears the key is how you got the DTV visa.

Note the different instructions. If you obtained it from a Thai Embassy, such as Sydney Australia, contact them. (DTV Visas were issued with a Pasted Thai Visa Certificate into your passport).…then with the beginning of the Evisa online application system, the Thai Visas are now ISSUED by email notification.

So...the question is....

Who do you contact to cancel the DTV visa ?

From your reply, contact the Thai Embassy or Consulate where you applied for the DTV visa.

Thanks again...

THESE are the common found requirements for the One year extension of stay as Married to Thai... Suggest you Read other recent posts from forum members who have obtained the one year extension at CW.

Your one year extension of stay is ADDED to your current ending date.

Your reentry permit is valid until the current ending date.

Be careful with plans to travel outside of Thailand during the Under Consideration time period. As Thai Immigration Officers may wish to make a home visit.

IF you do want to travel outside Thailand during the Under Consideration time period, tell the Thai Immigration Officers of your need to travel.

Hopefully they will accommodate you by setting up a home visit date which allows you to travel.
