UPDATE from Pattaya/Jomtien Chonburi Province Immigration...reported by the Pattaya City Expats Club:

THIS IS FOR PATTAYA/JOMTIEN ONLY...

We received recent first hand reports that Chonburi (Pattaya) Immigration is now requiring  the TM.30 Address Report be filed by the  homeowner/landlord/possessor within 3 days of a foreigner's return from a  trip outside of Thailand, but still does not require it if the travel  is within Thailand and you return to your previously  reported address.

Recent updates from Pattaya/Jomtien Immigration indicate that the TM.30 Address Report must now be filed by landlords or homeowners within 3 days after a foreigner returns from international travel. This requirement does not apply for domestic travel within Thailand if returning to the same address.
