bottom line... it's not proper for you to hijack another person's post. Which is what you did. I simply suggested that you post your own question. Then we all can reply to your question.

Carefully choose the Thai Embassy or Consulate where you are going to apply for the DTV visa.

pardon me...but what does your question have to do with the question ASKED about opening a Thai bank account ?

May I suggest you ask your question on a New post from you on this forum ? You will get helpful replies.

Include these...

What is your passport nation?

For what purpose will you be applying for the DTV visa?

Where are you now?

What kind of Thai Visa, if any, do you now have, if any.

Thank You for your helpful report πŸ‘

Congratulations πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

PRINT OUT THE EMAIL THAT HAS YOUR DTV VISA.

That's what you should do... print it out.

You may have to show PROOF of your DTV Visa to airline staff on check-in for your flight ✈️ to Thailand...even to the connecting airline staff. Or to the land border crossing entry Thai Immigration Officer.

Upon arrival into Thailand, show the DTV visa to the Thai Immigration Officer and look at the STAMP placed in your passport to be sure you are STAMPED in for 180 days.
