TLDR : Answer Summary
Jomtien/Pattaya Immigration is closed from November 5-10 due to COVID-19 precautions. During this time, individuals needing immigration services are advised to use Siricha Immigration as an alternative. A comment highlighted the ongoing overcrowding issue at immigration offices and suggested separating property registration to alleviate the congestion and encourage more online processing.
I do wish they would make things easier for people, I went in March and it was over crowded as normal. Why don't they do the registration of property at a different office? You would reduce the overcrowding by 50% they also need to enable more to be done online.
