As this question is often asked...

about coming to Thailand on a tourist visa or visa exempt to then get a job as a teacher...read this!

There is in place a correct way to get the Non B for teaching in your home country...do it.

This is the way....from your home country...has been used thousands of times during COVID...by new and returning teachers to Thailand.

As a teacher do yourself a favor...

Get a teachers contract..

Get the WP3 Thai work permit in cooperation with your school employer...

Have your school contact the Thai Ed Ministry to get your name placed on a list of teachers managed by the Thai Foreign Ministry...

Make application for the Non B visa for teaching ...from your home country Thai Embassy.

The Thai Embassy will look at the approved list and issue you a Non B for teaching and a CoE to enter Thailand.

Do not come to Thailand expecting to get the Non B teaching here.

TLDR : Answer Summary
To obtain a Non B visa for teaching in Thailand, you should secure a teaching contract in your home country, work with your school to get the WP3 work permit, and have your school's employer contact the Thai Education Ministry to include you on their approved teacher list. Then, apply for the Non B visa at a Thai embassy in your home country, where they will review the approved list to issue the visa and a Certificate of Entry (CoE) for entering Thailand. It is advised not to come to Thailand on a tourist visa with the intention of obtaining a Non B visa for teaching.
