UPDATE ON FOREIGNERS FLYING INTO THAILAND

(FYI...ALL land and sea borders also remain CLOSED to foreigners)

ALL INTERNATIONAL passenger flights to Thailand will be BANNED from 1 May 2020 to 31 May 2020.

🎯The Notification of Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) on Temporary Ban of All International Flights to Thailand (No.4)🎯

In reference to the Notification of Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) Re: Temporary Ban of All International Flights to Thailand (No.2) issue on 6 April 2020 for the prevention and control of the coronavirus disease (COVID -19) Outbreak.

In order to maintain the continuity of the prevention and control measures, by virtue of section 27 and 28 of the Air Navigation Act B.E. 24 97, the Temporary Ban of All International Flights to Thailand Hereby issued the following orders:

1. All international passenger flights to Thailand will be banned from 1 May 2020 at 17.00 UTC to 31 May 2020 at 17.00 UTC.

2. All flight permits granted to International passenger flight for such Item 1 will be cancelled.

3. The band on Item 1 does not apply for the following:

(1) State or military aircraft

(2) Emergency landing

(3) Technical Landing without disembarkment

(4) Humanitarian aid, medical and relief flights

(5) Repatriation flights

(6) Cargo flight

4. The passenger onboard the aircraft on Item 3 leaving the airport of departure before the entry into Force off. Notification will be subject to 14-day quarantine Under The contiguous decease law and the regulation under the Emergency Decree on the State of Emergency B.E. 2548.

With immediate effect until further notice
