To Erin....

Who deleted your post because you did not like the good and helpful advice given by two capable Moderators and knowledgeable forum member Ellie as well...

Its evident you want to stay in Thailand til the expiration of your work permit in December 2020...but that is illegal as your job has ended.

Here is my reply...

When your work ended you were responsible to cancel your work permit.

After which ...due to amnesty you are now covered to July 31.

If the proposed amnesty extension to September 26 becomes law ...awaiting publishing in the Royal Gazette...then you will be on amnesty til September 26.

You are not allowed to stay inside Thailand after September 26 without valid a visa or extension.

To do otherwise you will be on OVERSTAY after September 26.

Beware and be legal.

Good Luck.

I strongly advice again to all of you nice people,

If you apply for an Extension of Stay, you all sign the STM2 form,

please read and ask what you sign.
