I have just received and read an email from a .....Thai Company

Re: the new proposed STV Special Tourist Visa...(3+3+3 nine month)...

And are asking for a 10,000 Thai baht fee for their services to assist you in obtaining the new STV.

DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY.

The NEW STV is still NOT APPROVED 

It lacks specific details of HOW and WHO can be eligible to obtain it.

Their 10,000 Thai baht fee is NON REFUNDABLE. DO NOT SEND $$$
