No it doesn’t. No one gets a 30 day stamp on entry. It’s an error that needs correction.

That would depend on your past history of entries I’d assume. A single overstay wouldn’t generally be an issue. You’ve paid the fine. Case closed.

A TR visa for a Swedish citizen is not needed as you would get 60 days visa exempt anyway.

It might have some sway if you had an extensive past entry history but no guarantee of entry if you did.
