* Fight EVO 360 provided a very thorough package with all required information minus the work permit.

The request for more information was because my original paperwork had the US director on it and they asked for his work permit info. He is on holiday so the Thai director assisted and provided his information. I was really worried because I forgot about TET next week and was thinking I would be stuck here for another week and a half. Again thank you all for all the great info as I was worried and overthinking things way too much.

Please suggest driving licence agent in Pattaya (reliable and affordable). I tried my level best but it will take months of time and also they are not accepting my Indian driving licence as it is partially damaged. I have done immigration formality and doctors certificate, TM30, form filling but all in vain now.

5 year drivers licenses on a DTV - experiences? I'm wondering if those who've applied for a 5 year Thai driver or motorcycle license (or both at the same time) as a renewal from an existing 5 year one that is expiring OR a 2 year one that should be eligible for an upgrade to a 5 year one, did you get a 5 year license or only a 2 year one?

I know Sefton Hanley got a 5 year license in Chiang Mai while on a DTV.

However, in Pattaya and Rayong, they're only handing out 2 year licenses to DTV holders when they go in for their renewals.

Any experiences from other offices?

I have the feeling Bangkok will renew for 5 years, but this is just a hunch.

Which agent can help open a bank account with the DTV in Bangkok? I could also go to Pattaya if it's easier to do it there, but for now prefer Bangkok, since I'm currently here.
