On the Immigration Bureau Thailand website in order to file tm 47 form digitally BUT how do I attach supporting documents as copy of tm30, passport, entry stamp and previous 90 day report slip. Can not find. Any helpful soul out there?
Since immigration counts arrival date as Day 1 with DTV, what happens if I leave Thailand on Day 91 without doing in-person 90 day reporting? I know I must report in person 14 days before or 7 days after from Day 90. Will I get a black mark on my file or have to pay a 1 day fine? I tried searching and maybe this question has been asked before.
1. Does it matter which immigration office (softpower)?
2. TM30 never filed, Problem?
I have the softpower Visa, do I have to go to the immigration office near my muay thai gym (Phuket) or can I also go to (Koh Samui)? I mean do they check if you actually train there?
Also I have been living with my girlfriend, that owns a house and she has not filed a TM30 in 3 months, is it a problem? Or just stay at a hotel for one night and get a TM30 from there, no questions asked?
How strict are they at the immigration offices about softpower DTVs there?
I was going to get a retirement visa, but may be returning to the UK on a regular basis for work for a year or do, so would a retirement visa be the best way to go and try to work it so I’m in Thailand when I need to do my 90 day reporting or is there another visa I could go for? TIA.
Visited immigration today in Bangkok to pay the fine for missing my 90 day reporting. That went perfect thanks to this lovely lady at the front desk. Then I had to go for
Round 2 to get letter of residence. I need 3 as I’m selling two motorcycles and buying one new one. I guess they have a limit of 2 and said I must come back. I also asked about expedite option and was told to come back in a week to pick the second up and then I can ask for 1 more. 😊
Hi, I have my annual visa extension coming up next month but can’t find my paper copy of my TM 30. I went online to try and print it off but I can’t seem to find how 🙈
Is it possible to print off an existing TM30 from the immigration portal? Or do I have to do a new one?
We did go away for a few days at new year within Thailand.
