For those of you in Phuket wanting to do a 90 day report, the online system is down so you have to go in person. Because the system is down the drive through window is closed. You need to go to room 101 to report (left hand side behind the stairs). Be aware that they will want you to fill in the TM47 form and have copies of your passport data page, visa stamp, last entry stamp and the TM6 departure card. No idea how long the system will be down for.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The online system for filing a 90 day report in Phuket is currently down, requiring in-person visits to room 101 for reporting. Necessary documentation includes the TM47 form and copies of your passport data page, visa stamp, last entry stamp, and TM6 departure card. The drive-through window is closed due to the system being down, and the duration of the downtime is uncertain. Users have reported that this issue may be nationwide.

Thanks for your information, was absolutely correct and saved me a bunch of time having all this ready before I got there today.

I wonder if the system is down country wide

Went to the immigration office in Prachinburi today to do a 90 day report and the receipt they gave me for my next report was hand written instead of the usual computer generated one

Yep, did mine yesterday at MTT and noticed a "stack" of receipts on the IO's desk, and as you say, my receipt was hand written.
