@Shai *******
You can apply for a re-entry permit but all that would do is keep your current allowed to stay date “alive”. If you won’t be returning by that date then the re-entry permit is useless.

Not quite sure what you’re asking here.

If you have a Non O retirement visa or extension off of one you need to have a re-entry permit to keep that allowed to stay until stamp alive.

If you have a Non OA visa (the initial year one) then it’s multiple entry so you don’t need anything to leave and return.

Nope all the rumour mills have died down over the subject. It may happen, but no one knows when or if it will.

50,000 Thai Baht

US$ 20,000 (or equivalent) before you’d need to declare it.

Usually better to get the Non O abroad because it makes getting a bank account much easier.

Yep does get super busy there. I’ve seen posts about an agent right next door that can help. Sorry I don’t know the name.

Sounds like you selected a Non OA visa - which needs insurance a health check and police cert.

You want a Non O Visa.

Depends on the office you use. Some will be in and out in 20 minutes or so.

Not sure why you’d need an agent to do it as it’s very simple to do, but please advise area of Thailand you are in.
