For those of you in Phuket wanting to do a 90 day report, the online system is down so you have to go in person. Because the system is down the drive through window is closed. You need to go to room 101 to report (left hand side behind the stairs). Be aware that they will want you to fill in the TM47 form and have copies of your passport data page, visa stamp, last entry stamp and the TM6 departure card. No idea how long the system will be down for.

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you are in Phuket and need to complete a 90-day report but find the online system is down, you must go in person to room 101 behind the stairs. Bring the TM47 form and copies of your passport data page, visa stamp, last entry stamp, and TM6 departure card. Note that the drive-through window is closed until the system is restored, with no clear timeline available for when that might happen.

It’s down in Chaeng Wattana, Bangkok, too. Something’s up for them all to be down simultaneously. Even Thai IT Somchais aren’t that incompetent.

Immigration website also down in Chonburi so cannot open at all to do 90 day report. Any indication provided by the IO as to when it might be restored ?
