ok Jomtiem are sticklers for only allowing within 7 days, but you fall in to that. Don’t even try tomorrow. Go on Wednesday or Thursday or even Friday if need be (not recommended).

Almost certainly yes. Especially in places like Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket and such. Smaller provincial offices may escape the bedlam.Reply to
