He is joking, but USA have just enforced that rule now Thai people and others have to show there social media accounts when applying for visas. That makes them i guess a 3rd world country with an IQ of 17, that sounds about right

I would get the DTV reading between the lines of many recent posts (even though not official that we know) they seem to be limiting/questioning people who have more than 90 days per year in the Kingdom on visa exempt.
