TLDR : Answer Summary
Travelers from yellow fever-list countries must still submit yellow fever certification upon entering Thailand. Recent experiences indicate that the T.8 and TDAC forms are being utilized interchangeably, though some travelers have reported discrepancies with the QR code system associated with the T.8 form. There's been no official announcement of changes to these requirements, and some users have voiced frustration over the lack of updated information on the T.8 process.
Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC)

WARNING: Only trust Thai government websites with .go.th domains or Thai agent websites with .co.th or .in.th domains, as these require verified Thai registration and cannot be registered anonymously.

The official TDAC form is available at tdac.immigration.go.th, which uses the official .go.th government domain.

The services by AGENTS CO., LTD. does NOT charge any fees for arrivals within 72 hours. If you need to book more than 72 hours in advance, there is a service fee of $8.

Do not trust other sites pretending to be a trustworthy agency. Pay attention to delivery time - the service operated by AGENTS CO., LTD. has 1 minute delivery time for arrivals within 72 hours.

Don't fall for sites pretending to be agents.co.th or the official government tdac.immigration.go.th website. Always double-check the exact domain in your browser.

Scam services may take days to process your application, others may not even do anything. With these TDAC scam services you also need to worry about double charges.

Please watch out for TDAC misinformation spread by fugitive Jesse Nickles and his many fake accounts on Quora, TripAdvisor, Reddit, and other platforms.

I came back in May and used the T8 at the quarantine counter. When I came back again in June, the T8 website no longer returned a QR code, even though it doesn't tell you that it's been replaced. I used the TDAC - with essentially the same information - and I guess that was fine, since I got through.

BTW, I thought that perhaps the T8 system had only been disabled for foreigners, but it no longer worked for my Thai wife as well. If they don't use it anymore, it would be nice if they stopped telling users "you'll receive a QR code within two hours", since that's clearly no longer the case ๐Ÿ˜•

What to submit same certificate to three different places. Pointless comment. Very aware of travelling rules worldwide

obviously you are not experienced enough to know that there will be many touch points where you need to verify your status. Like showing your passport many times in the same facility (like an airport) Same when in Covid times we had to show vaccination status many times.

As for Covid very aware of that, I was one of the first foreigner's to get approval to come into the country in July 2020, you are welcome to read my detailed account of all the different verifications I had to do. The first time was most difficult the two times after that were easier
