TLDR : Answer Summary
Recent government orders in Thailand have reinstated strict quarantine measures for travelers, including a return to 14-day quarantine regardless of vaccination status. Cleaning services and outdoor time are no longer permitted during quarantine, leading to concerns and frustrations among travelers. Many expats express their dissatisfaction with the situation, reflecting on the difficulties of planning travel under such uncertain circumstances.

I'm in quarantine right now. In Oz. Can tell you there are no cleaning services here in quarantine, never was I'd say. Who'd want to clean a room with possible virus present? Good way to spread it - I'm surprised there was in Thailand.

Singapore is equally as useless... the Vaccination is all but fucking bullshit.. doesn't count for anything

vaccinated = 14 days quarantine

non-vaccinated = 14 days quarantine

I have probably been injected with water...

Not impossible, just very difficult. My advise---if you want to visit Thailand, have all your ducks in order and ready to go. When you see a clear spot in the storm, GO! ...but be prepared to get stuck there, possibly long term. I left Thailand the end of February 2020 and reentered a totally different world when I got home. Here in America a few responsible media sources are no longer talking about eradicating the virus but rather a strategy of containment in hotspots. I hope I am wrong, but I think this virus is here to stay...in one variant or another. Now, we are the ones who have to change.

Relax guys- I'm in ASQ right now. It's not the end of world staying inside of hotel room. It sucks not being able to go out but this jail sentence is only 10 nights when I entered.

I feel bad for the Thai people, their the ones paying the price. Mutated virus, haven't heard about that arriving in the US. Maybe because we have the vax, what's up with Thailand and accessing the vaccine. What's the holdup?
