wasn’t there another announcement a few hours after this saying as there is insufficient vaccines that foreigners now cannot go as it’s needed for thais.

There is not enough information on what this is. It says booking, but there no appointment on the form. They also ask a lot of personal information with no information on what this. When or what or how much is missing. 🤷♂️

yes.... All it does is ask for name, passport number, etc... Provides no place to book a appointment, no indication of what vaccine, when, or how much.... Did you scan the qr code? 🤔🤔🤔🤔Michael ********
