TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion centers around a survey about the effectiveness of Thai government websites and apps. Many users expressed negative feedback, criticizing the functionality and usability of these platforms. Comments highlight issues such as poorly written survey questions, concerns about government tracking for negative responses, and frustrations with visa appointment processes. Overall, the community suggests a dire need for improvements in how these digital tools work and communicate.

I’m very worried that this government is tracking those who answer negative or disrespectful towards them. Best keep your thoughts to yourself. Best if that each Embassy representative express what needs to be done. If Embassies requested information for change from their visiting/long stay personnel maybe just maybe change will come. Just my opinion but then who am I.

Doesn't work. Boring works. If it worked (appointments) then you shut it down.

90 day. Never worked

Can't be bothered when get to someone for visa before arriving. Too many questions.

We might be violating the computer crimes act by answering the survey with anything but a perfect score.

Even the survey questions are poorly written!

I completed mine today. Unfortunately, most responses were negative. Nothing seems to work here...

I rated bad, suggestion that they make it work

honestly they could pick someone with an IQ above room temperature to give it a “dry run” and alleviate 75% of the confusion and problems, the other 25% I don’t think the applicants are literate

Are use the old 90 day report system until my visa renewed last February then it was down, and you couldn’t use the online for your first report after your visa extension. So I posted it comes back successful. The next one, in June I couldn’t use the online because when I had posted that they hadn’t put it in the computer. I posted again never received anything back. September was time again, I decided I wasn’t going to mung than thani whatever no matter what. Bumrungrad hospital Business center called immigration, found that they had entered in the computer, just not mail back to me. They did it for me. Now it’s time for the next one, I registered for the new system but can’t login, it always says my code is wrong with my password is wrong, I’m off to the agent again. So this online stuff is totally useless.
