Wow how ignorant I know lots of foriegn kids some brought up in Phuket some were born there. (This includes my son) What a great upbringing they had and all have them have become great adults (Stuart Cummings also knows the same kids)

If you are going to use an agent use a reputable one. Cheapest aint always the best. Samui & Phuket agents have a bad rep and people have been deported because of there agents failures

All houses should have the blue book, the Chanote title deed is not needed for immigration
