They should do a snowbird visa its quite a big market, people i know who are getting away for the winter now limiting there stays to 90 days or going elsewhere

No issues but double check with local office, when i was on extension for marriage office in samat sakorn they asked if i wanted to change as had more than 800k in bank.

P.S its Non O extension not OA thats a visa from resident country

Matt Storms personally i am not fussed on hua hin, i do like prachap khiri kan and Ban Krud but not sure could live there year round. It is a good base for travelling though

Did my samsung with true and they transferred whole phone, photos apps etc etc to new phone. Have true black membership though and you get to sit in nice coffee shop with free drinks and food. No issues

Non OA you would get two trips out of it if you get your timing right. Pros no thai bank account needed. No dealing with immigration in thailand. Cons would be health insurance and other requirements for application.
