You’d have to have a reason for the Non O in the first place.

A Non O visa based on marriage is issued if you are married. They don’t issue them because you could possibly get married to a Thai person in the future.

It’s a multiple entry visa. On each entry you get a stamp for 180 days. Leave and come back and you get another 180 days.

Rinse and repeat for 5 years.

It should be possible. You may have to try a few branches of each bank, but generally on a long term visa it’s doable

You are not on a Non B visa anymore. You are on an extension of stay based on working.

The date of your work permit is irrelevant. The day you stopped work is the day your reason to stay in Thailand stopped. You are on overstay since that day.

They’ll usually give you a 30 day “under consideration” stamp. When that is near to expiry you go back to get the rest of year stamp.

@Ivan ******
There has been no mention of an end date. So it appears that it’s for infinity - until they change again.

@Ron *******
So far there has been no mention of a timeframe so we assume it’s indefinite, until changed.

You can switch to a Non O in country from that entry stamp as long as you meet the requirements to do so.
