I just got a Non O Marriage visa and I’m entering phuket Thailand to activate it on Thursday 25th September to activate it.

Previously we filled out the TM30 online as if I was paying rent at my wife’s house with a lease document when I was on a tourist visa.

Could you please let me know how does my wife fill out the TM30 now?

Do we just need the marriage visa document?

Is there anything else?

Currently on Non O marriage visa multiple entry all ends 9th December. British passport Phuket office.

Will be applying for 12 months extension based on Thai wife using monthly income (+40k) Income earned in Thailand. Have work permit. Company is Thai owned.

What documents do i need to evidence the monthly income?

Non O Marriage Visa question: how early can I extend my yearly before the due date? Is it like the 90 day report: 7 days before and 7 days after?

When doing a border run, and still having a valid Non O (Marriage) visa, what do say to immigration at the airport?

I need to start fresh due to a visa agent doing unscrupulous things for my last Non O and need to just come back to Thailand with the visa waiver. I am Australian so this is what I want to do to recommence my time in Thailand and apply for a Non O marriage visa myself without an agent.

So what do I say when I exit and re enter Thailand?
