TLDR : Answer Summary
You can typically extend your Non O Marriage Visa between 30 to 45 days before it expires, depending on the specific immigration office you visit. Unlike the 90-day report, there is no grace period for extending your visa after it has expired.

Depends on your local immigration office most are between 45 and 30 days before, there is no doing it after the expiration date for your visa.

And 90 days report is formally 15 days before and 7 days after, just as you know.😉

Depends on the Immigration Office but 30 days everywhere and 45 days at some Offices

No it is not like a 90 day report. Depending on the office you use you may be able to get a year extension of stay 45-30 days prior to your stamp running out. There is no grace period after it’s due.

is it a one day process or do I have to wait before the actual stamp in passport just like the first time?

They’ll usually give you a 30 day “under consideration” stamp. When that is near to expiry you go back to get the rest of year stamp.

If my expire date is December 10 and I go November 10, I still have to wait till December 10 to get the final stamp? If so what's the point of going early? I'm trying to make travel plans around this.
