I think I'll just go ahead and get my Non O single entry and get a re entry permit at the airport for when I have to go to Philippines.

Am I correct to think that the price of the single re entry permit at BKK is 1200b with no paperwork required? -And the re entry permit can be done before checking into your flight?

I'm applying for multi entry, does that mean every time I exit and return I get another 90 days?

I fly into Thailand in September and I plan to fly out once to the Philippines for a week and then come back. Ultimately, I want to get the yearly extension based on marriage. I'm not sure it's worth doing multi entry for 200usd. Is there a way to do single entry but get a re entry permit or something?

Am I able to get single entry from USA and save the visa for when I fly to Thailand from Philippines? I can fly into Thailand on visa exemption.

yeah fairly simple. Had to find the bus that crosses the border from Nakhon Phanom bus station to Laos. The bus stops at the border immigration and waits for you on the other side.
