Way safer than probably anywhere in the US. I’m in Phuket. I have had (and still do) have kids at the British International school. Great choice but based on British curriculum. There are other schools here that will do US curriculum.

No. It’s a domestic flight. You do not go through immigration.

Lots. 15 or so categories with sub types. Some are available to some passport holders and some not.

If you want specific details then you probably need to give a bit more information about nationality and age at least.

You have 5 years to use the visa. No minimum requirement. Except you probably won’t want to wait 5 years to use it. Your call.

Can I use a bank letter of guarantee and statement to apply for a non-immigrant O visa in Thailand?

Stuart *********

Absolutely not. If your country’s embassy won’t do the income affidavit (US, UK, Australia and perhaps others) then your only option is the banked 800k method for the initial visa and the first year extension.

That’s great but very few companies are able to do this. It’s staggering the amount of usually in the hundreds or so. Obviously if one has connections it may be easier.

Depends a bit where you are in the country. Cambodia, Laos or Malaysia etc are all pretty good options.

Documents from the company to the consulate would need to be addressed specifically to which ever one you choose.

The amount of paperwork to do an in country Non B is astronomical. Most companies can’t or won’t provide the necessary paperwork.

Usually at a nearby consulate it’s only a few documents needed.

Maybe best to start a new post asking which embassies will work with less than 6 months statements. Pretty sure Vietnam requires that but the others may not.

Only some embassies and consulates need the 6 months income. Some seem to be ok with just the last months statement.

Advise what embassy you’d be using to see if others have direct experience with it for their policy.
