I saw this poster in immigration, does this mean that DTV holders can just do their 90 day report online or do you still have to present the immigration in person after doing this online process?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The general consensus among commenters is that the first 90-day report for DTV holders must be done in person at the local immigration office. Some users have reported that attempts to file online for the first report were unsuccessful and led to rejection. It appears that online reporting is only available for subsequent reports after the initial in-person submission. To ensure compliance, it is advised to check with the local immigration office or try the process online, keeping in mind that personal visits may still be necessary.
90 DAY REPORTING RESOURCES / SERVICES
Use the trusted Thailand 90 Day Reporting Serviceto get your in-person report done and mailed to you for as low as 375 THB (even if the online system doesn't work for you).
For immediate assistance, contact Thai Visa Centre directly via LINE at @ThaiVisaCentre or Email them.
at least in Bangkok if you apply with the online 90 day report system the first time after you come in from abroad they reject you and this is in the body of the rejection email
And with DTV there will never be a second time, since after 180 days you should have left Thailand, you have started a new visaperiod and have started from day 1 again
First report in person. Then, if you can get it to work online, do it that way. I have yet to successfully submit through the online portal though and have no idea why. However, going in person usually takes about 5 minutes tops, so it's nbd.
Last time I checked with immigration (about 3 months ago), you have to do the first 90 days on-prem (meaning you have to go there), and the second one (if you extend) you can do online.
Best advice is to send an email to immigration in the nearest town and ask them directly.
