Anyone have any information about overstaying (missing the 90 day report date) and having to extend? Got my dates mixed up and can’t do my 90 day extension. The immigration officer at the information desk recommended flying out and back in, but I’m on an emergency passport and would rather not risk it.
SO, anyone else miss their 90 day and have to extend manually?
Hi everyone, I’m on a Non-B visa for the last five years. Unfortunately, my 90-day report was overdue by one week. Immigration fined me 2,000 THB and put a stamp in my passport.
Does this stamp affect anything — my passport, future visa extensions, or any other countries’ visas?
Has anyone managed to do the 90-day report online inside Thailand instead of going to Immigration? I moved to a place that’s over an hour from the office and I’m trying to handle it digitally. Has anyone succeeded?
90-day report under soft-power status .. has anyone had experience/issues with reporting your main long-term address in a different province than the location of your soft power activity? Thx
I have to file my first 90 day report after my last trip to Vietnam in August. My online filing was denied because it needs to be done in-person. I don't feel like going to the immigration office, so I reached out to a visa center who will do it. They are telling me they do not need my passport and they can do it by me sending in photos of my passport. Is this accurate? The last time I went through the Visa office, they needed to take my passport for a few days while they submitted my report.
For several years i have used the online 90 day report without any problem. The last 4 occasions it has been rejected. I have just done 14 days before, 13 and today 12, each time rejected. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?
Currently in Thailand living in Bangkok on the DTV (soft power).
Just looking to clarify do I have to do my 90 day report at an immigration office?
And I have to exit the country before the 6 months? Any advice of where to go to? I’m just looking to fly out and straight back as I have my dogs in Bangkok.
Please no hate and thanks for any advice in the easiest option to sort this.
I reentered Thailand on August 19. I have a 90 day report coming up this week. Unfortunately, I never printed out or saved my TDAC arrival card and it is too late to upgrade the card. I have checked my email and cannot find the acceptance receipt for the DTAC. Will this be a problem when I go to do my 90 day report?
