I have DTVisa and I didn't do 90days report Iast time I was in Thailand. I'm planning to come back soon and I know I have to pay the 2000thb fine next time when I'm in immigration. But may I have some problems on the border? Has anyone been in a similar situation? Please, let me know about your experience. Thank you.
90 Day Report - we did our first 90 day report in person at immigration when we moved to Rayong from Chonburi. We travelled to Vietnam in September and our second 90 day report is now due so we tried to do it online.
It was rejected for the following reason :
For first-time requests of a 90-day notification in each country visit, in-person presentation at the immigration office is required.
Does that mean every first 90 day report after you enter Thailand must be done in person? We didn’t have any problems doing it online when we stayed in Chonburi, but maybe rules have changed since then?
Quick question re: first 90 day report after getting my first 12 month non immigrant O retirement visa extension at Chaeng Watthana in Bangkok. Does the 90 days start from the date I entered Thailand (Nov 4) or the date I got the 12 month extension stamp (Dec 24)? I wasn't given the little note stapled in my passport indicating when. I also can't find anything official on the immigration website.
What happens if one forgets to do the 90 day report on a Non-O retirement visa? (Finnish nationality, if that matters...)
Can it be done late (how late?) and does it cost something and if so, how much?
I have heard somewhere that the 90 day report is not even so important and nothing happens if one does not do it but that sounds "a bitt" strange to me...
Guys I applied for the 90 day report online and I think it was successful. They sent an email with the tm47 filled out. Do I need to bring that in to immigration or have I completed the 90 day report?
Hi. I need to do DTV 90day report beginning of January for me, my husband and two babies. We are staying near central world in Bangkok. I was told by an agent that it takes about 2-4 hours depending on how many people are there. The address I was given is like 55 minutes from where I stay by car. I was also told my husband and I have to go but two babies don’t have to we just need to explain why they aren’t there. Can anyone help confirm if any of this is true or false info. I would prefer to leave my babies at home if it’s possible. Or is there an agent who can go and do it for my family?
