Hi friends! Is it advisable to apply for the DTV Visa in the states before heading to Thailand???

Had a fantastic visit to Jomtien immigration office last Monday for 90 day report. I had pre-filled the T47. In and out in less than 50 minutes, including photo copying. Well done to immigration for a speedy and efficient visit. Thanks

Is there anybody in this group from Thai Visa concern government officials?
