Non-o retirement 90 day visa online at ya Thai embassy.then when here go to an agency to open a bank account put 800k baht then go see immigration where you have an address with tm30 and ask then for the requirements they want for your 1 year extention. You apply for this with 30 days left on your visa so ya got basically 60 days to prepare for it

Why would ya apply for a non-o if ya was going to fly out ya may as well save ya money and get a 60 day stamp visa exempt.
