My question would be about an ED visa for an internship. Usually they pay you (albeit a small amount) for helping out. If so you’d need a Non B visa with a work permit to legally do so.
There are a number of visa types that people often refer to as a “retirement” visa.
If your husband were to get the Non OA visa (needs medical, police check and health insurance) then your local embassy may consider giving you a dependent Non O visa based off of that.
If he goes for the Non O based on being over 50 (doesn’t require medical, police check or insurance) then they almost certainly won’t.
Alternatively you could look at getting a DTV for 5 years which would then bring you over the 50 year age to get your own “retirement” visa.
Seriously? You want to go into partnership with your Thai partner but you don’t want anyone to give you advice to scream that it possibly isn’t a wise idea. Ok. Your call.
You fill out the form TM7 (not 47). You’ll need a passport sized photo, a copy of your passport photo page, a copy of your entry stamp, a print of your TM30 filing and 1,900 baht.
Certainly is possible. How easy to do is debatable. You’ll almost certainly need an agents help.
It can be done - in theory but in practice unless you go to 300 different branches and find someone be that will do it you’ll probably best to get an agent to do so.
Seriously have no idea what you’re asking. 2 X 60 suggests that you have had two visa exempt entries. A 30 suggests that you may have got an extension from a local immigration office.
