Hi I was on holiday for two weeks in January and I’m back for three weeks in may for another holiday I’m flying from the uk can I stay do this with a tourist visa our do i need to apply for something else ?I have a return flight
Hi, I’m just wondering if anyone has anyone come across this before and is there a way around it?
I’ve got a return flight booked with Etihad to Phuket from the Uk for 81 days. I know the visa is 60 days on arrival but I was going to do a visa extension whilst there. To cover me for the 81 days.
I’ve gone to check in online with Etihad and they want visa information. Which I don’t have.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. We fly tomorrow evening.
I have a EU passport and have visited Thailand every year since 2018 (except 2020 and 2021). Staying always 2 months. Used the 30-day visa exemption and the 30 day extension. In 2024 the 60- day exemption was enough.
This year I plan exceptionally to come twice, 2 month May- July returning to Europe for 3 weeks and then again near 3 months planning the 60 day exemption plus the 30 day extension. Always with a 2 way returning trip booked. I never imagined i could have a problem doing this, but by what i have been reading here....
Assuming the first trip will be peaceful, my question is about the problems i might find in the second (August-November).
1- When i try to get the one month extension i may be denied ?
2- Emirates (or another fly company) may denie my boarding saying i am returning in 3 months but my visa exemption just works for 2 months ?
If you feel there would be problems i would be grateful for some suggestions.
Theoretically i can try to get a DTV Visa but i was not expecting it would be necessary.
G'day page, made a numerical error when booking flights, arrived last night 21st stamped in to leave 60 days 19th Jan, but, return flight is next day so will be one day over,
Fess up now or pay fine in the day ?
Does an overstay reflect badly on future marriage visa application?
My folks are planning on flying to Thailand from South Africa on the 21st of April. They will get an exemption visa on arrival (30 days). They plan to get an extension to stay an additional 30days.
1. Would they qualify for the Covid extension which is 60 days or is that at the discretion of the immigration officer?
2. Do they need to book their flights with a return to SA within the month or can they book for two months knowing that they plan to get an extension?
Hi. I’m a UK national planning to come to Thailand in November for tourism purposes as part of the ‘Phuket Sandbox’ scheme. I intend on applying for a 60-day tourist visa at the London Thai Embassy before leaving and plan on extending this at the Thai Immigration Office for another 30 days once I am in the country if this is possible. My question is: Will I be refused entry upon arrival if my return flight is booked 90 days after my initial entry (pre-empting that I am granted the extension by immigration)? Or do I need to ensure my flight home is within a 60 day time period first and then change the date of my return flight if I am granted the extension?
Hi ladies and gentlemen I have a very quick query I am in the process of booking my return flights with emirates from the UK to Thailand emirates offer a Multi risk travel insurance policy for return trips
As you will see from the picture below at paragraph 15 they have Covid 19 coverage under the policy for up to US dollars 500,000, my query is this can this be used for the Visa application or certificate of entry process as it would save me nearly £300 does anyone have any information or experience of using this pplocy, thank you very much in advance
