just go to Savannakhet in Laos for the Multi entry non O visa based on marriage, which is ok in Thailand for 15 months.

U don't need to show financial for non o multiple entry based on marriage anyway lol take with you original marriage certification with tabian bann and wife id along with copies. My photos were 2 inches but they were ok. Print off the application form online then fill it in because it'll save you time doing it in savannakhet
